You will have the chance to talk and really be listened to so that we can understand the whole you not just the parts that hurt, we may look at how you move and what movements are restricted or painful, you'll have an effective hands on massage / soft tissue therapy treatment, as well as relevant tailored tools and tips to empower you every day of the week not just when you're having a treatment.

I am fully qualified to Level 5 ISRM Soft Tissue Therapy and a highly experienced massage, myofascial release and sports massage therapist, having been in practice since 2017.
